ROBINSON, Charles Dean, 84, of Richmond, Va., died on May 24, 2012.
He had a rewarding and successful career in insurance and finance. He was an active member of many area clubs and organizations. He loved to travel and skied all over the world. He achieved a life-long goal to visit every county in the continental United States.
He is survived by his wife, Joan Carlton; his brother, Harold Robinson; his children, Anne, Steve and Jim; his grandchildren, Sam, Charles and Tom,;his great- granddaughter, Elora; stepchildren, JP and Jami; as well as numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was loved and will be missed.
Per his wishes, there will be no traditional funeral services. His family will celebrate his life on July 21, 2012.
