Coolidge Campbell Jr.
1924 - 2015
Rev. Ralph Coolidge Campbell, Jr. 91 of Inwood, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2015 at his residence.
Born September 29, 1924 in Winchester, VA he was the son of the late Ralph C. and Mary Elliott Campbell.
He was a graduate of Eastern Bible Institute.
Rev. Campbell was in the ministry for over 59 years in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia. He was a member of Woodbine Assembly of God in Clear Brook, VA.
He is survived by three sons, and daughters-in-law, the Rev. Donald and Georgia Campbell, Baltimore, Stephen and Susan Campbell, Walkersville, MD, and Rev. Ralph C. III and Jane Campbell of Martinsburg; six grandchildren, Courtney Campbell, Justin and Michael Melvin, Ryan, Brooke and Connor Campbell; and one sister, Dorothy Campbell of Inwood.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Haupt Campbell.
The family would like to gratefully acknowledge the years of friendship and love by Wilma Hess. You were truly a gift of God to our Dad.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 11:00AM at Bethel Assembly of God, Martinsburg with Rev. Louis Whitford, III officiating. Interment will be in Bunker Hill Cemetery.
Bearers will be Floyd Hause, Joe Hess, Justin Melvin, Michael Melvin, Connor Campbell, and Ryan Campbell.
