          I, Bettie McKay of Nineveh, Warren County and State of Virginia, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as my last will and testament in the manner following:

          I give, devise and bequeath unto my son Hubert F. McKay absolutely all my estate, real, personal, and mixed, and direct that he shall be excused from giving any bond for the faithful performance of his duties as Executor.
