McKAY REUNION HELD AT SKYLAND
The 13th annual McKay clan reunion was held at Skyland on the Skyline Drive Sunday, August 3.
The family is descended from Robert McKay who pioneered a great portion of the Shenandoah Valley as far back as 1731, thus opening the valley to succeeding settlers.
Sixty-one members were present from Winchester, Luray, Mill wood Purcellville, Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church as well as Front Royal. They also came from Maryland, Richmond and Washington, D. C.
A buffet dinner was served by the Skyland Recreation Center.

McKay Clan Reunion Held
The 13th annual McKay Clan reunion was held at Skyland Recreation Center on Skyline Drive on Sunday, August 3rd. The Clan members are descendents of Robert McKay who pioneered a great portion of the Shenandoah Valley dated as far back as the year of 1731, thus opening the valley to succeeding settlers.
Sixty-one members were present, coming from Luray, Winchester, Milwood, Purcellville, Front Royal, Alexandria, Arlington and Falls Church, Va.; Rocky Ridge, Severna Park and Hyattsville, Md.; Richmond, Va. and Washington, D. C. A delightful buffet dinner was served the clan by the management of the Skyland Recreation Center.
