The forty-seventh annual Collett-McKay reunion, or picnic, was held Saturday at the usual grove and was attended by about two hundred persons, and its record of good weather still remains unbroken. In all the years it has been held it has never been prevented by rain. Its date has always been the second Saturday in August. Hon. B. Y. Collett, of Chester Township, and E. S. Collett, of Wilmington, have been present at every one of the forty-seven reunions.

THE COLLETT-McKAY PICNIC
----------
The Collett and McKay picnic took place at their usual place of meeting on Buck Run Saturday. This gathering has been in vogue for a great many years and has been looked forward to from year to year with pleasure, but time has brought changes and the faces that were for
years present have crossed the river that marks the unknown shore.
