From Hopewell Friends History, p. 249 we find a transcribed copy of their marriage certificate:

According to Hopewell Friends History & Hinshaw's Quaker records Meshach was "received by request" into Hopewell MM on 6 7mo 1767 (Hinshaw has 3 8mo 1767). Also from Hinshaw's records & Hopewell Friends, Hannah & her daughters Hannah & Mary were "received on a certificate from" Crooked Run MM dated 4 4mo 1795 into Hopewell MM on 7 12mo 1795. Hannah & chn. Catherine, Hannah & Mary were "granted a certificate to" Westland MM on 4 5mo 1801 from Hopewell MM. She removed with her husband. Meshach was listed as a Committee Member for Hopewell MM within the period 1777-1791.

Issue: Sexton (Spelling of surname was changed)

• Catharine, born: 1769; Frederick Co. VA; died: 10mo 1823; Wilmington, Clinton Co. OH;
  Catharine, married: 1820; Jesse Baldwin, According to Hopewell Friends History & Hinshaw's Quaker Records Catharine was "received on a certificate from" Crooked Run MM dated 4 4mo 1795 into Hopewell MM on 6 7mo 1795. Also, Catherine was "granted a certificate to" Westland MM (clear) on 4 5mo 1801 from Hopewell MM. She removed with her parents. No issue.
