Jonathan was known in the webmaster's branch as "Uncle Jock" and Sarah Jane was known as "Aunt Janie S.". According to Hinshaw's Quaker records Sarah Jane was "reported married contrary to discipline" on 9 7mo 1874 by Hopewell MM. She was later "released by request" on 6 8mo 1874 from Hopewell MM. Jonathan was "received by request" into Hopewell MM on 7 7mo 1892 and was listed as "co" of Back Creek PM on 7 12mo 1893. Issue: Jackson

According to Hinshaw's Quaker records Jonathan was "condemned for marrying contrary to discipline" on 6 6mo 1895 by Hopewell MM. Helen has this inscription written on her tombstone "I heard the voice of Jesus say 'come unto me and rest'". No issue.
