Kenneth was a fruit grower & orchardist in Frederick County.  He was a member of the Virginia Senate from the 21st district from 12 1mo 1966 to 3 1mo 1971 and then a member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Virginia's 7th district from 3 1mo 1971 to 3 1mo 1985. He was highly regarded in Winchester, Frederick County & statewide for his service.
