From Hopewell Friends History, p. 339 we find a transcribed copy of their marriage certificate:

Both were living in Frederick Co. Va. at the time of marriage. According to Hinshaw's Quaker records, "John Jr. and wife Susannah, & son James were granted a certificate to Center MM in Ohio" from Hopewell MM.
