From Hopewell Friends History, p. 296 we find a transcribed copy of their marriage certificate:

Abigail was living in Frederick Co. Va. at the time of her marriage.

According to Hinshaw's Quaker records a George Cope was "recieved by request" into Hopewell MM on 5 10mo 1789. Also, from Hinshaw's records & Hopewell Friends History is "George & w. Abigail, & ch, Mary, Joshua, James, George, Abigail & Jane, granted certificate to Short Creek MM on 7 10mo 1805" from Hopewell MM.
