According to Hinshaw's Quaker records Samuel & Harriet & chn. Lewis W., Sarah Ann, Mary T., & Miriam Ellen were "granted a certificate to" Baltimore MM, Western District, Md., on 10 7mo 1844; with the addition of another child Isaac E., this family was recieved back from Baltimore MM, WD on a certificate dated 4 12mo 1856 on 14 1mo 1857.
