Peggy Naff Matlack, 64, of Front Royal, died Wednesday, May 11, 2005, in Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal.
Mrs. Matlack was born Dec. 23, 1940, in Winchester, the daughter of the Rev. David Winton Naff Jr. and Virginia Burch Naff.
She retired after teaching chemistry in Fairfax County for more than 20 years. She served as a guide at Oatlands Plantation, Leesburg.
She was a member of Chemical Society of Washington, American Chemical Society, Daughters of the American Revolution, and Middleburg Kennel Club.
Surviving are a son, Bill Matlack of Middleburg, and a grandchild.
A funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Church of Our Savior, Leesburg.

Peggy Naff Matlack, 64, of Shenandoah Farms died May 11, 2005, at Warren Memorial Hospital. She was born Dec. 23, 1940, in Winchester to the late Rev. David Winton Naff, Jr., and Virginia Burch Naff.
After retiring as a chemistry teacher in Fairfax County for more than 20 years, she was a guide at Oatlands Plantation in Loudoun County.
She attended Church of our Savior in Leesburg and was a member of the Chemical Society of Washington, D.C., the American Chemical Society, the Daughters of the American Revolution, and the Middleburg Kennel Club.
Ms. Matlack is survived by a son, Bill Matlack, of Middleburg, and one grandchild.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on May 21 at Church of Our Savior, Route 15 North, Leesburg. Burial will be private.
