Eclair Dessert:
1 lg vanilla instant pudding
1 sm vanilla instant pudding
3 cups of milk
Mix these together until thick. Add 1 8 oz. container of Cool Whip. Mix well.
Chocolate glaize that goes on top:
2 oz Baker's sweet chocolate
2 tbsp white Karo corn syrup
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
Melt together these ingredients. Beat into this mixture 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
Line bottom of 9x13" pan with graham crackers. Pour 1/2 of the pudding mixture on top of graham crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers and another layer of pudding mix. End with graham crackers.
Spread chocolate glaize on top of graham crackers.
Make 24 hours ahead of time. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
