My research indicates that I am descended from Robert McKay (sr), Robert McKay (jr), Job McKay.
I have submitted my DNA to Ancestry about 2 years ago. So far, I have not seen any links to other descendants of Robert McKay.
I am wondering why.
Would appreciate any guidance.

It depends on whom else joined and what you are using as a matching tool. Obviously the Y-DNA test is out of the question. Would need a straight paternal connection through the male line. As to Family Finder that would depend on how many others in your branch have tested. The further back you go its hit or miss with matches.
