Do you have a way to get the census on line through Heritage Quest or Ancestory.com ?

I don't have an Ancestry.com account. From what I understand it costs a good bit each year and I'm not sure how to get in to Heritage Quest. Tried their login page and clicked on where it said 'if you do not have a login click here' and all I got was a diagnostic message about my computer's ISP etc.

You have to go through Fairfax Public Library Site then

one line resources
Subject--Genealogy
Hertiage Quest on line
Then put in my card number

you should be able to use census on line 1820, 1860, 1870, 1880,1900,1910, 1920 then have only some of 1930.

L.D.S. libray labs have 1850 on line.

I will try to send through your e-mail address

steer_family@hotmail.com and

mike@robertmackay.com

my number, lets not give it out to others.

I was able to log in and view different files. It does appear that Mary Belle was older than Ashby so I believe the tombstone date is the correct one.

Also, seeing the family of Samuel T. Entsminger I see all but Mary Belle listed in one of the census records but that was because she had already married Ashby Entsminger. Seeing his age shows him to have been born in 1866 which would make him too young to be Mary Belle's father. It looks like the original way I had them listed is the correct one with Cornelia giving birth to Mary Belle at age 16 and then later marrying the younger Samuel T. Entsminger and having children with him which would be Mary Belle's half-siblings.

I'm about to put up the remaining obituaries I gleaned from our local library. I'll need to take a break from this to work on the McKay Reunion and Newsletter. Want to get the notice out right after our Apple Blossom Festival.

What a confusing family you have with Mary Belle.

You will find lots of new information sorting through all the different census information. When you start to marry that information with other records, you might get the answers to your questions.

Ancestry does have some "free" files you can gather information from, of course, they want you do get "hooked" so you will order the whole package for $$$.

L.D.S. Lab has OH death records on line, which I found a dozen or so records for my Shipp family.

Have Fun.

Want to see census data for Samuel T. & Cornelia Entsminger. Also I probably should check to see if there was any listing for a S.T. & Nelia Agnor which I doubt.

Believe that Samuel T. & Cornelia Entsminger are the same couple ****.T. & Nelia Agnor and for some reason their children would switch names.
Michael you can look at the following information and see how it fits into what you have already. I have not check this information again census or "Fine A Grave"
