Clarke Co. VA Land Deed Book L, 400 dated 5 Sep 1874, G. Kerfoot CHINN living in Christian Co. KY sold to Fannie A. Kerfoot (wife of Judson G. Kerfoot) all his rights to a tract containing 49a with all its appurtenances, situated in Clarke Co. VA adjoining the lands of Wm. C. Kerfoot, James Mitchell's estate & James S. Marshall, his rights to the tract devised to him through his late mother Mrs. E.C. Chinn, she being the daughter of George L. Kerfoot late of Clarke Co. VA.
