Thanks for making contact with Celtic Music Radio for Celtic Connections 2006.
Feisty broadcaster Lesley Riddoch is back on-air with a live phone-in at
12.00 UK time on pioneering community station, Glasgow based Celtic Music
Radio.
The BBC Sony Award winning presenter will host a one-hour phone-in daily
all this coming week from the 16th February as part of the voluntary effort
behind the station, aiming to put Celtic connections gigs and artists on
the map across Glasgow and, via the internet, across the world.
Lesley says: "This is a bold effort to connect a big cultural event with a
world-wide audience. The station is broadcasting on 106.6 FM in Glasgow and
on-line, so anyone with a computer connected to the net can not only listen
to their favourite Celtic music but can e-mail in their comments and join
in the debates."
Listeners online and on-air should make the points known and the subjects
they would like Lesley to focus on by contacting Celtic Music Radio by
telephone, text or through webmail, details as follows:
Telephone the studio on: +44 (0) 141 353 8058
Text the studio on: +44 (0) 7887 596 630 and
E-mail the studio via the CONNECT link on the web site.
Thanks again for your interest in Celtic Music Radio and making contact
with the station.
