Hi
I have been researching the Syrie family for some time and notice that Gracie Essler has a pictures etc within your pages. The reason I'm working on the Syrie line is that my Grandmother was Gladys "Syrie" Alexander. She was born June 15th 1903 in Woodward Ok., Thomas Syrie my grandfather is buried in the moscow cemetery south of Woodward. The other reason is that I'm finding out that a lot of the Syrie's lived here or passed through this area of Kansas (McPherson & Saline Counties). I grew up in Wyoming and had no idea of my conections to Kansas until I moved to Kansas in 1987. I have some info on the Syrie family and would be willing to share with anyone who is interested.
