Donald R. & Mary L. Royston have a book for sale "Green Hill Cemetery Tombstones & Burials" Berryville, Clarke Co. VA. I purchased my book through Byron Sistler. Their web page on the net and you can order their books on line. Or I think you can order a book through Clarke Co. Historical Society.
Then I know a book by another compiler is available to the public, I think their work should be compensated by others purchasing their effort. Otherwise why should compilers (like myself) do the work ?
Good luck with your research.
