Fauquier Co. VA Land Deed Book 17,246. probated 26 Sep 1808 couple Jacob Faubins/Faubion & his wife Dianna, living in Cocke Co. TN, sold land devised to said Dianna, who was formerly Dianna Rector. She was the daughter of the late Henry Rector who died in Fauquier Co. VA by 8 Jan 1799. The land they were selling to George Glascock was located in Fauquier Co. VA.
So on page 267 of my MacKay Book, Leah McKay who married John Faubion, his parents were Jacob Faubion & Diana/Dianna Rector.
My Edwards family has many links with the above Rector family, but so far I am not a direct descendant of the Rector family.
