Hello all,
Just a short reminder that our annual Robert McKay Clan reunion is scheduled for Sunday June 23rd at the Holiday Inn, Martinsburg. I have also planned a Saturday evening get together at a local restaurant prior to the reunion for anyone interested.
If you haven't yet sent me the card you recieved in the mail (for those on Newsletter mailing list) or notified me by email about your plans to attend our reunion please do so as soon as possible. I need to know how many adults, children ages 5-12, & infants will be in your party and whether you are planning to attend the Saturday evening function. I need this information in order to tell the people handling the dinner arrangements how many to prepare for.
If you have already contacted me regarding the reunion please disregard this notice. If you haven't contacted me yet, for your convenience I have included a link to the on-line version of our reunion notice which has the reply "card" at the bottom for you to fill out and return to me.
