I was just thinking of something we could do during our annual Robert Mackay
Clan reunion in June 2001.
Back in 1989 we had a group photo taken of everyone who was in attendance
during our annual reunion when it was held at Bowling Green Country Club.
I have one of these photos hanging on the wall. Anyhow, since that picture
was taken, some of the people who were in the photo are no longer with us
today. The children pictured have all grown up quite a bit during the last
shoot and some of them have children of their own.
A lot has changed since 1989 with many new additions being added to the
family.
I thought it would be a good idea if we could have an updated picture taken
and that if others are interested we could see what is involved in making
this happen.
I recall that man who took the photograph back in 1989 has since died so if
we do this we would have to find another photographer.
I know some of you receiving this e-mail have never attended one of our
reunions before so this might be new to you. I do hope that you will plan
to attend one someday.
