Dated 27 May 1817 John Smith & his wife Anna sold to Wm. Davison for $4300 a lot near the town of Winchester containing 107 1/2a.
Had hoped that he could have been the same John Smith who was the father of Ann Smith who married Job McKay, but I don't think they are old enough.
Could have been a brother to said Ann (Smith) McKay ?????
