Dated 1 Jun 1820 stated that:
Samuel Brown & his wife Sarah living in Pope Co. IL
& Walter Watson & his wife Rachel living in Pope Co. IL,
both Samuel Brown & Rachel (Brown) Watson were two of the grandchildren of Jonathan Brown deceased of Frederick Co. VA. They were selling their portion of the estate devised to them by him to James Watson for $733.
In the deed stated that the wife of said Jonathan was Deborah Brown, his son Daniel Brown, had grandchildren: Samuel Brown, Joseph Brown, Elizabeth Brown, Rachel Brown, Ruth Brown & Jonathan Brown.
