Dee, another source I've seen on PA is the PA Archive series...this is a multi, like over 40 vol. of records published in book form from the PA Archive...they have a set here in the LA library downtown...

Keep your eye on the surname of Leith/Leeth (etc....), Hoge, MacKay (various spellings) & Grubb/Grubbs.
I am sure these are the families our Robert MacKay were traveling with.
Back in 1989 the public library in NE had a large collection of NJ books like the ones who have seen for PA. Those are the books I would like to look at again.
Perhaps when & if my husband has to go to Omaha for business I might go with him.
The answer to our quest is in some document in Monmouth Co. NJ. To find the surname of Robert last two wives "we" must comb through all available record in the hope someone in their family left Mary & Margaret some property.
