Just wanted to give a shout out to my cousin Dee Ann who has recently made her appearance on this forum.
Dee Ann has been the one here in Virginia who has done a lot of work on the family of Robert Mackay Sr. & Jacob Sowers as well as many families intermarried with Robert Mackay's family.
My work on updating the family genealogy descends largely from what she has already done.
One day I wish to see some of the early records of Robert Mackay Sr. & Jacob Sowers and possibly also to visit the Mackay country in Strath Naver Scotland.
