Bill Berlin, a longtime Clinton County resident, will turn 90 on Aug. 18, 2011.
He worked at Bill Marine Ford for 39 years, selling cars to second and third generations of Clinton countians. He also hauled livestock to and from the Clinton County Fair.
His love for Clinton County and Wilmington runs deep, said Tammy McKay, his daughter.
Seven years ago, Berlin and his wife, Ruth, moved to Ellenton, Fla. They keep in touch with family and friends in Clinton County and receive the Wilmington News Journal to see all the details that might have been missed in conversations or visits.
His daughters, Tammy (Mark) McKay and Terri (Tom) Kale, and their husbands, children, their husbands and wives and their children will be traveling to Florida for a birthday party. Stepdaughter Mary Jane (Hardwick) Rusevlyn and her husband and family will join them.
The celebration will be held Sunday, July 10, so family and friends can attend.
He would enjoy hearing from his friends in Clinton County.
